Nicaragua Episode 13 LF

The results are in from this week's analysis and it sounds like most of you think Sash backed the wrong alliance. The majority believe he would have had a much better chance winning against the "Three Amigos" as DeeDee described them. There seems to be a pretty even split on Jane still. Some love her and others are very tired of her good vs evil campaign. If you are a fan of long shots, we even have a somewhat plausible "Dan FTW" scenario to ponder thanks to Lynda.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Nineteen shared their thoughts on episode 13 and predictions for what we'll see next.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Snowman, Lil' Russ, John, Fancy, Jimmy, Christy, Brian, Carolyn, Brad, Jeremiah, Kimberly, Tanwen, DrewG, Jen, Griffin, Paul, Lianne, DeeDee and Lynda.

You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com. SFP Interview: Castoff from Episode 13 of Survivor Nicaragua

This week we interviewed Ben "Benry" Henry. He left the game in episode 13 of Survivor Nicaragua. Benry went against the power alliance at La Flor early in the game and apparently never recovered their trust. Sash and Chase led Benry to a classic blindside at Tribal Council.

Listen to this audio interview to learn how he was chosen, who knows that Chase has an HII, his assessment of Dan and Fabio and lots more!

Nicaragua Episode 13

There is nothing like a good blindside to keep the excitement going as the end of a season draws near. Benry's spider sense was tingling but unfortunately he did not appear to have social connections to out manuever Sash and mistakenly thought he was close to Chase the whole game.

Are you surprised to see that the original Espada and La Flor tribes now have an even number of castaways left in the game? Do you think Sash made the best choice? Is there anything that Fabio could do to try to save himself? Do you think Jane's at risk of becoming overconfident? Do you have any guess as to what that NToS clip meant?

Here is the tribe after episode 13.
Libertad:Chase, Dan, Holly, Jane, Jud and Sash

We both think Fabio will be the next to join the jury. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

Nicaragua Episode 12 LF

We knew a controversial episode like this one would elicit a response from the fans, and you really delivered. While there were many common themes regarding the quitters, there were also some interesting counter points as well as a correction worth mentioning. Several of you pointed out that Benry was talking to NaOnka and trying to convince her to give up reward instead of Dan as we had incorrectly stated in the recap show. Predictions for who might be next to leave ranged across the board and included some compelling analysis of the final seven.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Thirty five shared their thoughts on episode 12 and predictions for what we'll see next.

SFP Interview: for Episode 12 of Survivor Nicaragua

This week we interviewed NaOnka Mixon and Kelly Shinn. They left the game in episode 12 of Survivor Nicaragua. They did not leave by being voted out though. They chose to throw away their opportunity and join the unenviable ranks of fellow quitters from previous seasons: Osten, Jenna, Sue, Janu, Ian and Kathy. Let's hope we never see something like this again.

Listen to this audio interview to learn how they were chosen for the show, what they want the fans to understand about their choice, how they feel about their edit and lots more!

Nicaragua Episode 12

That was not what we were expecting from an episode of our favorite show. Watching someone go out of the game for actual medical reasons is sad, and it usually evokes sympathy. Watching two people take the easy way out and bail on the game is down right depressing and disrespectful to the game and the fans.

What do you think should happen to quitters? Do they deserve to be on the jury and continue to participate in the game? Sash and Chase both have HIIs now. Are they guaranteed to get to final 3? Who do you think stands the best chance to win? Who's most likely to get blindsided? What did you think of Holly's choice to give up reward? Was it a game winning move?

Here is the merged tribe after episode 12.
Libertad: Benry, Chase, Dan, Holly, Jane, Jud and Sash

Jo Ann thinks Benry will get the axe next time. Stacy thinks Sash will be the one to go once mama Holly makes the call. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?
