Jo Ann and Stacy follow the hit reality show Survivor.

This week we interviewed Semhar Tadesse. She left the game in episode 3 of Survivor South Pacific. She voiced a passion to play the game and took the risk of stepping up to help her team for the first immunity challenge, but things went south for her when she failed to perform.

Listen to this interview to find out how she was cast, her assessment of her tribemates, what we missed at that first tribal council and lots more!

Brandon can't seem to get out of his own way. He somehow manages to be frustrating and entertaining to watch all at the same time. Can you think of a more memorable meltdown? What would you do if you were in an alliance with him? How do you think Mikayla handled it? The Upolus weren't the only ones having fun this week. There was plenty of action at Savaii too. Ozzy managed to keep his secret for 3 days. Who do you think is in a tighter alliance: Ozzy and Keith or Keith and Whitney? Last but not least: who wins in the showdown between Christine and Mark Anthony?

Here are the tribes after episode 3.
Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Elyse, Jim, Keith, Ozzy and Whitney
Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, Sophie and Stacey
Redemption Beach: Christine vs Mark Anthony

Jo Ann thinks Cochran's number is up, and he will be the next to go. Stacy believes that immunity will flip again, and Upolu will stick with the plan and vote out Stacey. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

The strong episodes continue with week 2, and judging from your feedback, a lot of us are thrilled to have so many in the cast this season that actually appear to be playing the game with some gusto. Brandon's bizzare behaviour continues to be a centerpiece for discussion. Many were not remotely surprised to see Christine go, most of us hope you quickly puts Semhar out of her misery at Redemption Beach. There are still lots of well wishers for Cochran, but some have begun to express their doubts as to whether he can secure a complete comeback.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, which will start again after the first buff gets burned at Redemption Arena, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Thirty fans shared their thoughts on episode 2 and predictions for what we'll see next.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Survivor_Rox, Doug, Erika, Anna, Dave, Brandon, Mario, Samantha, Evil Male Parviti, Evil John, Tim, Taz, Brian, Aaron, Steve, Drew, Joel, CheddarCheeseMelt, Maria, Jeremiah, Griffin, Lil' Russ, Darry, Mikeybear, Tyler Becca, MikeK, Alice, Dale and Paul.

That's two really solid episodes in a row! Well, what did you think? Did Cochran redeem himself? How would you compare Coach and Ozzy's performance so far? We've seen two power alliances evolve now, one on each tribe. Do you think they can survive till the merge? Who are the real standout players for you so far? Can you see any way that Brandon can redeem himself? Last but not least, who's buff gets burned next week: Christine or Semhar?

Here are the tribes after episode 2.
Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Elyse, Jim, Keith, Mark Anthony, Ozzy and Whitney
Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, Sophie and Stacey
Redemption Island: Semhar vs Christine

Stacy is convinced that Upolu will lose again and they will remove Brandon the wildcard from their tribe. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

The first episode of Survivor South Pacific is behind us, and it's time to see what you thought about it. One theme came through loud and clear this week, we're disappointed in many of the fans. Cochran, Christine and Dawn in particular all managed to commit some egregious errors for folks that should know better. Rick and Sophie managed to escape unscathed. Many of us believe the countdown to Brandon's implosion is underway too. He's all but set himself up for a fall. We were unanimous in loving the 90 minute episode. More please!

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, which will start again after the first buff gets burned at Redemption Arena, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Welcome back! We thought that was an excellent first episode. We loved all the extra time we got to observe how the interpersonal relationships were developing. The castaways that are known Survivor fans certainly found themselves in some precarious positions in the first 3 days that included flashbacks to recent seasons. Dawn fell down the "Holly Hole" and experienced a complete meltdown similar to what we witnessed in Nicaragua. Christine managed to double up and mimic the poor choices of both Francesca and Kristina from episode 1 of Redemption Island. Poor Cochran managed to become a target even though Semhar failed miserably at the immunity challenge and then went on to antagonize her tribe.

Can you see any way for Cochran to redeem himself? Who surprised you the most? Did your impressions of anyone change dramatically after getting to see them in this first episode? How would you rate Ozzy and Coach's game so far?

Here are the tribes after episode 1.
Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Elyse, Jim, Keith, Mark Anthony, Ozzy and Whitney
Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Christine, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, Sophie and Stacey
Redemption Island: Semhar

Jo ann thinks Christine will be next go. Stacy thinks it will be Upolu at Tribal Council, but that they will choose to send Brandon to Redemption Island instead. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

We're days away from the first episode of Survivor South Pacific. Trying to recognize 16 new castaways can be daunting at the beginning of a new season. We've got just what you need to get to know the new cast. We start by listing our first impressions of each player, and try to predict how well they'll do in the game.

This is Part 2 of our "Judge a Book by its Cover" show. Twenty eight fans, just like you, recorded their perspective on the new cast including their choice of favorites, who's most likely to get voted out first, make the merge, make a comeback via Redemption Island as well as who has what it takes to win it all.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great JABBIC show. This week we heard from: Sandi, Maria, Samantha, Brad, Kathy, Mario, Aaron, Rick, Anna, Evil Male Parvati, John, Kim, Fancy, Jack, DrewG, Lil' Russ, MikeK, Griffin, Jeremiah, Claire, Brandon, Alice, Doug, Tyler, Caroline, Darwin, Michael and Paul.

JSFL registration is open! If you would like to join in the fun, click on this link: JSFL Registration and get your picks in before the first episode airs. You'll have to decide who you think will win it all, who will be voted out first, and four castaways that will be safe from the first tribal council. Reminder: you have to listen to the podcast to hear the Listener Reward Bonus questions.

Welcome to Part I of our "Judge a Book by its Cover" show for season 23, Survivor South Pacific. We have recorded our initial impressions of each new castaway including how well we think they will do in the overall game as well as their basic bio details to kick off another season of watching Survivor together.

Now it is your turn. We want to hear what you think about the 18 castaways that will be here to entertain and surprise us for the next 3 months. Study the pictures, bios and videos at CBS.com and let us know how well you think they will do this season. We want to hear about who you had the strongest reaction to. Who is going to win it all? Who would you say qualifies as "novelty casting" this season and basically chosen to be fodder for their tribe? What do you think about our two returning Survivors? What do you think Ozzy and Coach will be able to bring to this season?

Send in your predictions, keep it to 3 minutes. Get your responses to us us by 5pm PST on Saturday, September 10th. Try not to think too long about it, just go with your first impression. Check out Paul's visual roster below to help you collect your thoughts.
