Jo Ann and Stacy follow the hit reality show Survivor.

Wow, our wish came true! This game just kicked it into high gear. This episode contained multiple surprises that culminated in a classic blindside. Let's hope for more of the same in the next episode. With the two most prominent strategists out of the way, Jon appears to be the top dog for now. How long do you think he can hang on to his new found role?

What's Natalie's best play from here? What would Missy have to do from here to win your support at final tribal? Who is your favorite to win it all now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

Here is the merged tribe after episodes 9.
Huyopa:Alec, Baylor, Jaclyn, Jon, Keith, Missy, Natalie, Reed and Wes

Here's a great lesson for future castaways. If you have a former beauty pageant contestant in your tribe, make sure you pay plenty of attention to her lest she thinks you do not care enough and bails on your alliance just to spite you. Last episode Keith's fortunes were looking fairly bright, and the next he blunders his alliance's plan and turns everything upside down. With the power struggle between Jeremy and Josh resolved, it should be interesting to see what happens next.

Do you think Jon and Jaclyn will maintain allegiance to the new alliance? Where do you think they fall in that alliance? Did they make the best choice for their game? Who is your favorite to win it all now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

This episode should have been about the merge and the face off between two of the season's most strategic players. Unfortunately, it was tainted by the most persistent and undesirable story line of the season. The quitter is finally gone. As several of you suggested back in the pre-season JABBIC shows, the downside to the BvW theme is you can end up with castaways that are only here to support their loved one and quickly lose interest in the game when their chances diminish or the game gets challenging. Kudos to Keith. Who would have predicted he would be a standout at this stage of the game?

What did you think about Julie's choice to conceal food and her reasons for quitting? What did you think about how Jeff managed the quit? Who will Jon and Jaclyn side with now? Who will emerge in the majority alliance? What did you think of Missy's advice to Baylor? Who do you think is the most unlikely winner at this point in the game? Who do you think will be the next to go? For those playing in JSFL, will you choose a new USB?

Chalk this one up as a "building" episode. The controlling alliance at one tribe took care of some remaining housekeeping business before the merge, and the result was largely predictable although we had a lot of fun imagining alternate scenarios. Natalie made a nice, strategic move. Jeremy's good guy image became a little tarnished this round. What did you think about Probst's conditions for getting more rice?

Any guesses or suggestions for what they will choose for the merged tribe name? Will the remaining couples unite to take out the four remaining singles? Where do you see the alliances forming after the merge? Who is in the best possible position for the merge? Who is most likely to fly under the radar now? Who do you think will be the quitter now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 6.

Wow, this batch of castaways continues to surprise us. The Hunahpu tribe appears to have adopted a "live only for today" attitude with no eye towards the future at all. We occasionally see tribes that mismanage their resources, but the original incarnation of this tribe has to be one of the worst offenders in the history of the game. The swap could not have come at a better time for Jon, Missy and Keith.

Do you think New Coyopa will win any of the challenges? Who do you think will end up in control of each respective tribe after this swap? What's the most unlikely alliance you can imagine taking control of the game at this point? Who do you think will be the quitter now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 5.
New Coyopa:Baylor, Dale, Jaclyn, Jon, Keith and Missy

Survivor has a history of casting people that believe beyond a shadow of a doubt in the story they have crafted for themselves. Coach and Secret Agent Underpants are two great examples of this castaway archetype. To have someone so in love with their own delusion, which includes just the right amount of intermittent reinforcement to keep it going, is bound to result in drama. They succeeded in casting another one this season, but thankfully he was an early boot and we will not have to listen to him all the way through final tribal council.

With the recent fragmentation of male alliances, do you think we might see a female emerge as a more likely winner now? Is there a circumstance where you might ever choose to single handedly throw a challenge? How would you rate Keith's chances to making it to the end now that he has an HII? Who do you think will be the quitter now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 4.
Coyopa:Alec, Baylor, Dale, Jaclyn, Josh and Wes
Hunahpu:Jeremy, Jon, Julie, Keith, Kelley, Missy, Natalie and Reed

One of the most embarrassing scenarios any castaway can imagine is to get blindsided while holding an immunity idol. It can be a tricky situation to make that judgement call. We have seen some amazingly bold displays in recent seasons where people have held them and got away with it. What do you think about how Rocker's story played out in the game? Have your perceptions changed from before the season began?

Will Coyopa be able to turn it around and get an immunity win now? Is Josh in control of the alliance? Where do you think the story is headed with Drew? Who do you think will be the quitter now? Who do you think will be the next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 3.

The "goat herding" started very early this season. By the second episode, two of the seasoned fans of the game are jockeying to control the designated goat, a player they both believe has little to no chance of winning. What they did not account for is this goat actually is playing and has managed to gain a strategic, upper hand for now. We appear to be off to a really good start. This level of early strategic play is a good omen.

Who is your favorite castaway after episode 2? Who is your guess for this season's most likely quitter? Is Coyopa headed for a Pagonging? Where do Baylor and Jaclyn stand in their tribe now? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 2.

That turned out to be a bit of twist. It is rare when a tribe opts to keep an older member over a much younger one. We managed to avoid controversy this episode which was very nice. There was some excellent gameplay from Jeremy and Josh. We got a really solid immunity challenge too. It is nice to have a new cast and no Redemption Island. Looks like we are off to a good start!

How did your assessments of the new castaways change once you saw them in action? Were there any big revelations or realizations that you had misjudged someone? How much will being at Exile Island impact Val and Keith? Who is your guess for this season's most likely quitter? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 1.
Coyopa:Alec, Baylor, Dale, Jaclyn, JohnR, Josh, Val and Wes
Hunahpu:Drew, Jeremy, Jon, Julie, Keith, Kelley, Missy, Natalie and Reed

A great season deserves a great finale, and that is exactly what we got! It remained unpredictable to the end. The majority of this cast was superb. We can not think of a season that had so many castaways that came to play to win. It never seemed predictable either. We were blindsided right along with most of the Survivors at each Tribal Council. The season ended with two great challenges that included one of the best come from behind victories in Survivor history. Many on the jury were bitter and opted to take revenge or grand stand at the final Tribal Council, but in the end all but one of them opted to reward dominant game play over adherence to personal principles.

Were you happy with the result? Do you recall anyone on a jury giving as passionate a speech as Spencer offered in support of Tony? How would you score the jury? Who nailed it and who disappointed? Where does this reason rank for you against the other 27? Any thoughts or predictions on season 29, Blood vs. Water 2?

JSFL Update: Congratulations to David from Brooklyn, winner of this season's JSFL!
Note:Jeremiah, your side challenge debt will be decided by BrandonB.
