Episode 7 qualifies as the most controversial so far. The two returning players remain at the center of the controversy. Coach's over the top religious zealousness combined with his plot to deceive Brandon through prayer resulted in many fans calling him out as a hypocrite. The general, over abundance of religious content this season is wearing thin for many as well, regardless of their religious affiliation. Quite a few of you weighed in to rate Ozzy's bold play. Most of you think it was a poor strategic choice while acknowledging the potential to make history. Last but not least, Cochran is rapidly losing his fan base, but not all have given up on him, yet.
For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Thirty four shared their thoughts on episode 7 and predictions for what we'll see next.

Here's to paying the bills. Some of you were recently asking if we would get a return visit to Survivor Cinema, and we got the answer tonight. Thankfully, that was not the highlight of the episode though. Ozzy made the biggest move of the season, with his Trojan Horse strategy. How would you rate it: blunder or brilliant? Do you think Coach's plan to reveal the idol worked to mend the split with Albert and Sophie? What do you think of Cochran at this point. Lots of us looked to him to be the hero that super fans were looking for. Will you still be happy if he wins because someone else essentially gave it to him? Will Ozzy put an end to Christine's winning streak at Redemption Beach?
Here are the tribes after episode 7. Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Jim, Keith and Whitney Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Rick, and Sophie Redemption Beach: Christine vs. Ozzy
We think the merge is a go and that Ozzy's master plan will fall into place allowing the Savaii tribe to take out Albert. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?
Feedback on each episode is due Sunday, noon PST. We've got several ways you can reach us. You can call and leave a voicemail at 206-350-1547. You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com

Season twenty three keeps delivering, and as the "seesaw" affect continued through episode six, it kicked off a flurry of predictions from you for what we can expect next. Several of you focused in on Ozzy's potential trip and predicted return from Redemption Beach. Fans of Albert suggested he might light Brandon's fuse by telling him that Coach has the HII. Predictions for the duel were about even with Christine and Mikayla both garnering votes as the winner. Jim's fans are hanging tough with him and pleased with the results, and don't forget Dawn, Edna and Cochran. The underdogs of the season all received support from you this week which even included some theories for how they might actually make it to the end.
For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty fans shared their thoughts on episode 6 and predictions for what we'll see next.

The back and forth struggle between what is shaping up to be one of the most balanced pair of tribes in Survivor history continues. Do you think the main story this season should focus on Coach and Ozzy? Do you think Ozzy would be willing to sacrifice himself and risk going to Redemption Beach if they were to lose another challenge? How will Albert and Sophie recover from the split that occurred in Upolu? Why do you think Rick voted for Mikayla? Did Coach tell him about the HII? What would be most important to you going into the merge: loyalty or numbers? Will Mikayla put Christine out of her misery at Redemption Beach?
Here are the tribes after episode 6. Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Jim, Keith, Ozzy and Whitney Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, , Rick, and Sophie Redemption Beach: Christine vs. Mikayla
Jo Ann thinks Upolu will stick to their plan and send Edna to her doom at Redemption Beach next. Stacy continues to think that Brandon's erratic behavior will finally do him in. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

Four big themes jumped out of the feedback on episode 5 this week. The gross out factor of the immunity challenge prompted many folks to suggest that the producers retire this one. Support for Cochran is waining. Many asked, "Has he actually done anything to merit our support?" The backlash against Ozzy which started last week continues as Cochran stoked the fires with his pronouncement of laziness and the preview for the next episode suggesting that Ozzy would declare himself a free agent. Several of you were singing Jim's praises and highlighted him as the real mastermind behind the Savaii power shift.
For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty two fans shared their thoughts on episode 5 and predictions for what we'll see next.

This week we interviewed Stacey Powell. She left the game in episode 5 of Survivor South Pacific. She also ended up outside the majority alliance. That plus her association with Christine and fierce independence made her an early vote out target. That does not mean she was invisible though. Stacey provided some of the funniest moments we have seen in Survivor. We will absolutely miss watching her as the season progresses.
Listen to this interview to hear what she said to "Benjamin" when he tried to hug her, her thoughts on each of her tribemates, who was in her alliance and lots more!

Welcome to the Survivor South Pacific playground. Over here you'll note the classic seesaw. That's what we use to predict which tribe will win the next immunity challenge. Well, it's starting to seem like that at least. One thing is for certain, these two tribes have been well balanced through episode 5. Are you still enjoying it? Do you think Albert might have taken advantage of Coach a little with the information he brought back? Who do you think stands a better chance of making it to the final four: Brandon or Cochran? How do you think Keith and Whitney can explain shifting their votes to Dawn? Do you think Ozzy will really separate himself from his tribe? Do you think Coach has got a lock on the game now that he too has an HII? Who wins in the showdown between Christine and Elyse?
Here are the tribes after episode 5. Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Jim, Keith, Ozzy and Whitney Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, and Sophie Redemption Beach: Christine vs. Elyse
Jo Ann thinks it will be a toss up between Edna and Brandon for the next one to leave from Upolu. Stacy believes Upolu will finally come to their senses and get rid of Brandon. Who is your pick for the next one to be voted out?

We got mixed reports on episode 4. A lot of you really enjoyed it, but a few, not so much. One thing that came through loud and clear this week is that Ozzy is rapidly losing fan support. The old assessments of arrogance and over confidence are back again along with at least one clear scenario that could see him lose the majority advantage in his tribe. Edna certainly gained some empathy votes this week, and Brandon continues to stir the debate as to just how much like his uncle he actually is.
For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty two fans shared their thoughts on episode 4 and predictions for what we'll see next.
