Philippines Episode 5

Finally, the embarrassment that was Matsing is gone. It is too soon to call, but it appears that Malcolm made out far better than Denise. He now has an HII that only Denise knows about and ended up on the physically superior tribe. Kalabaw took a major hit this week, losing two castaways. Seeing Dana leave of her own accord after being sick for less than a day was surprising as was seeing Dawson leave without sharing Jeff Kent's secret.

Do you think Kalabaw will be able to recover, or are they now doomed like Matsing? Will Malcolm be able to rescue RC? What did you think of Dana's decision to leave the game? Do you think Denise will ever get to be on a tribe that will win a challenge? Who do you think will be the next to be voted out?

Here are the tribes after episode 5.
Tandang:Skupin, Abi, Artis, Lisa, Malcolm, Pete and RC
Kalabaw:Penner, Carter, Denise, Jeff and Katie

Philippines Episode 4 LF

Another solid episode secured more praise from the fans even though it ended with a super fans nightmare scenario. No one seems to be buying the medical evacuation reference at the end of the episode. Several folks think it is only a matter of time before Pete gets burned by the Abi fire. Many continue to cling to the hope that a merge will save Denise and Malcolm, and several of us continue to enjoy Cookies.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty four fans shared their thoughts on episode 4 and predictions for what we'll see next.

We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Alice, James, Thomas, Jennifer and Sally, Donald, MikeK, Samantha, Shelley, Ken, Aaron, Lil' Russ, DrewG, Nicki, Ryan, Carolyn, Boston Mark, Rashmi, Brian, Krista, Anjanette, BrandonB, Jen, Josh and Paul.

Philippines Episode 4

The decimation of Matsing continues. Now, it really gets hard because the two strongest, most likeable people are all that is left. All is not well in the other two tribes though. Abi, with some encouragement from Pete, has torn the original Tandang alliance apart. RC may have finally woken up to her plight, but it might be too late. A battle of the sexes appears to be brewing at Kalabaw. Penner built an all male alliance, but the women instantly banded together in response to that threat. Who will be first to cross the lines and break the tie there?

What's next for Denise and Malcolm? Can you see any way they can survive at this point? How will you remember Russell Swan? Which tribe do you think is stronger: Tandang or Kalabaw? Who do you think is in jeopardy of leaving due to medical reasons? Who do you think will be the next to be voted out?

Here are the tribes after episode 4.
Matsing:Denise, Malcolm
Tandang:Skupin, Abi, Artis, Lisa, Pete and RC
Kalabaw:Penner, Carter, Dana, Dawson, Jeff and Katie

Philippines Episode 3 LF

You guys just can't get enough of the "cookie" talk. Here comes round two, this time with bonus recipe references! Several of you admit to, grudgingly becoming fans of Jeff Kent and Abi Maria. Many are worried for RC's future. Another key theme for this week is how strong the remaining cast appears to be. Lots of possibilities were proposed for what may happen next. Paul even envisioned a scenario that breaks up the only good thing left in Matsing which would be sure to disappoint most. Episode four may be a real nail bitter if some of these thought provoking predictions come true.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty seven fans shared their thoughts on episode 3 and predictions for what we'll see next.

Philippines Episode 3

What's that smell? Oh, it's Matsing stinking up the place again. We never expected a lot from Angie, but for Russell to do so poorly was really disappointing. Besides providing Matsing another opportunity to drop some dead weight, we once again got some great insight into the other two tribes. Penner decided to go on the offense and use the HII to build an alliance. Carter and Artis talked! Unbalanced Abi appears to have become our first villain of the season. When Abi decided to betray RC, she and Pete silently took control of Tandang. Looks like Skupin will be the first out instead of Lisa after all.

Will Matsing continue to fizzle out until the merge? Do you think Denise and Malcolm can recover? Will RC be able to recover from the coup that Abi orchestrated? Will Jeff Kent ally with Penner or use him for the first blindside of the season? Who do you think will be the next to be voted out?

Here are the tribes after episode 3.
Matsing:Russell, Denise, Malcolm
Tandang:Skupin, Abi, Artis, Lisa, Pete and RC
Kalabaw:Penner, Carter, Dana, Dawson, Jeff and Katie

Philippines Episode 2 LF

You knew it was coming. There's no way Angie could utter that now famous Tribal Council response without it becoming the center piece of the LF show. She was not the only one that came out looking less like the sole survivor this week. Malcolm willingly and knowingly suffered the collateral damage. Abi's open threat put RC's security at risk. Lots of folks are worried that Penner's obsession with the HII has put him in a precarious position in his tribe, and many are just sad for Lisa.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty five fans shared their thoughts on episode 2 and predictions for what we'll see next.

Philippines Episode 2

Cookies! Angie might have just given us the best tag line of the season. You can bet we'll get to hear that again at the reunion show in December. Matsing wasn't the sole focus of the drama this week. We got some great new insight into Abi and Lisa's volitility over at Tandang. If you were RC, who would you choose to keep if you found yourself headed to Tribal Council?

Do you think Matsing can recover? Has Malcolm damaged his chances to win by cuddling with Angie? Does Denise still have a chance given she is on such a bad tribe? How did you feel when you saw Penner find the first HII? Are you sympathizing with Lisa? Who's more likely to get booted first from Tandang and Kalabaw? Who do you think will be the next to be voted out?

Here are the tribes after episode 2.
Matsing:Russell, Angie, Denise, Malcolm
Tandang:Skupin, Abi, Artis, Lisa, Pete and RC
Kalabaw:Penner, Carter, Dana, Dawson, Jeff and Katie

Philippines Episode 1 LF

The verdict is in and you agreed that this was a good solid, first episode for the season. Now it is time to see how you did with your JABBIC predictions and weigh in on what you think of the cast now that we finally got to see them in action. Malcolm and Denise did not disappoint and scored well with many of you. RC was another standout and several of us had to admit that we misjudged Angie and Dawson. Zane's sense of humor will be missed, but it looks like we got a good cast this season.

For each episode, we provide 3 podcasts: an episode recap, an interview with the castoff, and a chance for Survivor fans like yourself to sound off on what you saw and how you think the castaways are fairing in the game. Twenty eight fans shared their thoughts on episode 1 and predictions for what we'll see next.
